I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU TRUSTING ME TO PROVIDE YOU WITH HEALTHY HAIR CARE, AND I TRULY VALUE YOUR TIME AND BUSINESS. OUT OF RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION OF YOUR STYLIST AND OTHER CLIENTS, PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY AND ARRIVE ON TIME, OR 5 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

​I UNDERSTAND THAT UNANTICIPATED EVENTS HAPPEN OCCASIONALLY IN EVERYONE'S LIFE, MINE INCLUDED. BUSINESS MEETINGS, FLIGHT DELAYS, ILLNESS, WEATHER, TRAFFIC, LACK OF BABYSITTER AND EVEN VEHICLE PROBLEMS, TO NAME A FEW.


IN MY DESIRE TO BE EFFICIENT AND FAIR TO ALL CLIENTS, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE:

  • CHILDREN

I LOVE CHILDREN! BUT, I ASK THAT YOU ONLY BRING THEM TO THE SALON WHEN THE CHILD HAS AN APPOINTMENT.

  • 48 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED

    WHEN CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT.
    THIS ALLOWS OTHERS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
    IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE 48 HOUR NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED UP TO 100%

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50%.

ALL FEES MUST BE SATISFIED BEFORE THE NEXT APPOINTMENT,

Please do not send cancellations via FB or IG inbox.

  • No contact/No show [NCNS] - Last Minute Cancellations [LMC]

    WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the scheduled appointment.
    BALANCE MUST BE SATISFIED BEFORE RECEIVING FUTURE SERVICES.

No contact/No show [NCNS]: The client does not come in for the scheduled appointment and does not make contact.

Last-Minute Cancellations [LMC]: an attempt to cancel within 8-12 hours of the appointment start time.

  • SAME-DAY[SQUEEZE INS] APPOINTMENTS/OFF-DAY REQUESTS

    A $50 CONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS IF THERE IS AN AVAILABLE TIME.

  • OFF-DAYS ARE CONSIDERED OVERTIME. THEREFORE ALL REQUESTS FOR APPOINTMENTS ON OFF DAYS [SUNDAY-TUESDAY] WILL BE CHARGED DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF EACH SERVICE.

What to expect after you make your reservation.

  • I'll be notified as soon as you book your appointment, and so will you.

  • You will receive a welcome email from me.

  • I'll review your appointment and reach out to you via email or text if I have any questions regarding your appointment.

  • You'll receive details on finding the salon, where to park, what to bring, and any other necessary information you need to know before your arrival.

  • Upon arrival, we will discuss your short and long-term hair goals before beginning.

  • My salon is cozy, welcoming, and full of good vibes only. I know you'll love it as much as I do.
